Downtown hotspot POST has opened a brand new Winter Wonderlawn for this holiday season on their 5 acre roof, the Skylawn. And it is so special!
POST’s Winter Wonderlawn is open every day for all of December 2022. There is no admission fee, so you just head up to the Skylawn and enjoy! I usually enter through the POST Market, which is the food hall. POST Market is home to some of Houston’s coolest restaurants, like Golfstrommen and Roberta’s Pizza, so be sure to bring an appetite when you head to POST.
There are elevators up to the Skylawn, and Skylawn is stroller-friendly. I usually take the elevator behind the bar “Address Unknown” in the Market up to the Skylawn. POST has parking on-site. If the front parking lot looks full, be sure to check the sides and back, where there is usually parking available. The parking is free up to 30 minutes most days, and $5 an hour after that. For city parking, the meters are free after 6pm and all day Sunday.
