Did you know stretchy ice cream exists? It does – and it is so delicious and fun to eat!
We were looking for something new and different, and when we heard about Booza’s stretchy ice cream, we definitely needed to check it out! Booza is a family-run ice cream shop, and the family has been hand-making ice cream since 1941. Their unique process makes the ice cream streeeeetch as you use your spoon!
Booza had tons of flavors to choose from but we went for classics: mint chocolate chip and cookies & cream. You can tell that the ice cream is carefully handmade in small batches, and tastes very fresh.
Booza is located on Richmond Avenue, near Fountain View in the Galleria area. They have both indoor and outdoor seating available, and you can also purchase pints to go at the shop! And on their website, they ship ice cream now, too. Booza offers dairy-free and gluten-free ice cream options.
