Cinco De Mayo Celebration at Children’s Museum Houston – Sunday, May 5, 10am-4pm. Kid-friendly Cinco de Mayo festivities with live performances, DIY Pinata Art Workshop, and a puppet story time, included with general admission
Harry Potter & The Chamber of Secrets in Concert at Houston Symphony – May 10 & 11. Cars fly, trees fight back, and more in Harry’s second year at Hogwarts! Watch Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets in high-definition, on a giant screen, while the live orchestra performs John Williams’ unforgettable score
Houston Art Bike Parade & Festival at MacGregor Park – May 11, 9am-1pm. Cheer on or participate in this fun annual event! Design and create an Art Bike of your own to ride (register at houstonartbike.com), cheer on others, and then enjoy fun activities for all ages. Free, 5225 Calhoun Rd.
51st Pasadena Strawberry Festival at Pasadena Convention Center – May 16 to May 19. Enjoy mutton bustin, a carnival, Kids’ Zone with games, activities, and entertainment, BBQ cook-off and more. Free on May 16.
