Looking to make your Walt Disney World trip a little easier? Read on for our favorite ways to simplify Disney World with kids!

First, if you order a car service to and from the airport, you don’t have to lug car seats through the airport. We have used Orlando Transport in the past and had a great experience. We also have brought our own car seats on occasion, and set them up in Ubers ourselves. This is our current favorite travel car seat (check the information to determine if it could be a good fit for your family!).
Simplify your stroller: when my kids were really little, I brought my own Baby Zen YoYo and folded it up into the overhead bin on the plane. Now that they reliably walk through airports, I have a stroller delivered to the hotel. We have used Scooter Bug Rentals in both Orlando and Anaheim (at Disneyland).
Order Instacart to the hotel. Check with your hotel first if you have to be present at the time of delivery, or if the hotel can hold the order for you. We order breakfast foods, hand soap, sunscreen, snacks, water, and more – it also saves time and money at the park!
Use Minnie Vans. If you are staying on Disney World property, you can go within the property (hotel to hotel, hotel to park, etc.) in Minnie Vans! They are available through the Lyft app. Each Minnie Van is driven by a Disney employee, is Disney owned, and has 2 car seats. *Note: these are toddler car seats, I did not see infant car seats.* The biggest Minnie Van perk is the Magic Kingdom drop-off. Minnie Vans are AMAZING to get to Magic Kingdom – they drop you RIGHT at the entrance. Ubers and other rideshares drop you at the transportation center – which means you still have to take a boat or the Monorail to get to the entrance.
Buy Genie+ to cut down on wait times. The prices day to day vary for Genie+ (for us it was $27/person per day). You get to reserve a spot in the Lightning Lane with Genie+, and it significantly cuts down on many wait times. This trip, we did not wait in a single long line!
Plan a few key moments in the day – a couple rides, a meal, a parade, whatever is important to you and your kiddos. Then, go with the flow and see where the day takes you! Some rides may have long lines and you’ll decide not to ride, some will have short and you’ll jump on, you will stumble upon characters unexpectedly – it’s nice to have wiggle room to see what everyone is feeling at the moment and not be too attached to a rigid schedule!
